3. Services

Espresso Baristas LTD provides mobile coffee catering services for events, including:

• Weddings 
• Corporate events 
• Private parties 
• Other gatherings
   

4. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of a quote.
• Full payment is due at least 14 days before the event. 
• For bookings made less than 14 days before the event, full payment is required immediately. 
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: 50% deposit is non-refundable. 
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event: up to 80% of the total hire fee may be charged. 
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event: 100% of the total invoice will be charged.
   

6. Website Use

• You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes. 
• You agree not to interfere with the Website’s functionality, security, or content. 
• All content on this Website is the property of Espresso Baristas LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked services.
